Optical System & Encoding Principle
The encoder adopts a high-resolution optical scanning system. As the reading head moves along the scale, it detects the graduation patterns and converts them into accurate position feedback signals.
The scale uses advanced optical encoding, mainly Gray code. Compared with natural binary code, Gray code allows only one bit to change between adjacent positions, which effectively reduces signal reading errors during high-speed movement and improves system stability.
